This product is a powerful butyl-based, concentrate that provides the grease and grime removal properties of a solvent cleaner in a water-based degreaser, which is much easier and safer to use than solvents. After diluting to the desired strength, this product provides a solution which may be simply sprayed or mopped on and wiped off in most application sand effectively removes grease, wax, gum, dirt, oil, ink, mildew and mold stains, carbon, lipstick or almost any tough soil load from virtually all surfaces. Due to low foaming qualities, this product is also ideal for use with automatic scrubbers.
